1. What the service is
Multómetro is a web application that lets sports teams manage internal cash fines, record payments and keep a table of what each member of the club owes. Using it is voluntary and it is meant for private sports groups.
2. Accepting these terms
By signing up and using Multómetro you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.
3. Sign-up and account
- You must give truthful information when you sign up
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- You may not create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent
4. Use of the service
You may not use Multómetro to:
- Record fines that are harassing, discriminatory or degrading
- Access data from clubs you do not belong to
- Attempt to breach the platform's security
- Any kind of illegal activity
5. The administrator's responsibilities
The club administrator is responsible for:
- Managing members and their data carefully and in good faith
- Applying fines fairly and in line with the rules the team agreed
- Telling members how the application is used
6. Limitation of liability
Multómetro is an internal management tool. We are not liable for:
- Money disputes between members of a club
- Decisions taken by the team's administrators
- Data loss caused by improper use
7. Availability of the service
We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. We may interrupt or change the service at any time, with or without notice.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time by contacting your club administrator or writing to us at multometroapp@gmail.com. Your data will be deleted within a reasonable time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
