To go back to the home page, tap the icon or "Multómetro" at the top left.
Delete it yourself from the app
There's no need to write to us or wait: you can delete your account at any time from the app itself, and it goes straight away.
- Open Multómetro and log in
- Tap the Settings icon (top right)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account"
- Type DELETE to confirm
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone or recovered.
What gets deleted?
- Your user account (email and password)
- Your player profile (name, shirt number, position, avatar)
- Your push notification token
- Your membership of every club, along with your fines and payments
- Any team where you were the only member, with its rules and history
What is kept?
The activity history of teams that still exist is kept in anonymised form: the team keeps the record of what happened, but without your name. Fines you gave to other players stay with them and are not deleted, they simply stop being linked to you.
If you are a team's only administrator
If you are the only administrator of a team that still has other players in it, the app will first ask you to make someone else an administrator (from the Team tab, by tapping a player's card) or to delete the team. That way nobody is left with a team they cannot manage. After that you can delete your account as normal.
