This is a translation for convenience. The Spanish version is the binding one; if the two disagree, the Spanish text prevails.
1. Data controller
Multómetro is a web application for managing team sports fines. The data controller is the club administrator who creates and runs the team within the platform.
2. Data we collect
- Name and email address (on sign-up)
- Name, shirt number and playing position (player profile)
- Activity within the club: fines, payments and rules
- Push subscription token (if notifications are turned on)
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used solely to:
- Identify and authenticate users within the application
- Manage the sports team's fines and payments
- Send push notifications related to club activity
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the user's consent, given when signing up to the platform and joining a club.
5. Storage and security
The data is stored with Supabase, a database provider with servers in the European Union. Supabase applies encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the data is protected by row level security policies (RLS).
6. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as the user's account is active. If you ask for your account to be deleted, your personal data will be erased within a maximum of 30 days. Club activity records (fines, payments) may be kept in anonymised form to preserve the team's historical record.
7. Service providers (data processors)
To run the application we use the following providers, who act as data processors on our instructions:
- Supabase (database and authentication) — servers in the European Union
- Resend (sending transactional emails, such as the welcome email)
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications on Android devices)
- Vercel (hosting of the web application)
None of these providers may use your data for purposes other than those described in this policy.
8. Sharing of data
We do not sell or pass on personal data to third parties. The data is visible only to members of the same club within the application.
9. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: find out what data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct incorrect data from your profile
- Erasure: ask for your account and data to be deleted
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances
To exercise these rights, contact your club administrator or write to us at multometroapp@gmail.com.
If you believe your data is not being handled in line with the law, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country, or to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) en www.aepd.es.
10. Minors
Multómetro is not aimed at anyone under 16. If we find that a minor has signed up without parental consent, we will delete the account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will announce any significant changes through the application itself.
